Dynamic Damping Gas Springs

Dynamic damping gas spring is installed a longitudinal and variable groove in the cylinder tube. The groove’s geometry and the length determine the damping curve. Known as a variable damping gas spring, it minimize vibrations affecting the nozzle, by controlling speed throughout the entire opening range by the groove in the cylinder. Compared to the stepped damping of ordinary gas springs, the dynamic gas spring significantly reduces the inertial impact during the extension of the piston rod, effectively protecting the supported objects like car doors and hinges.

LeiYan innovated production process (patent No.: 201620866790.6) is the best solution to produce dynamic damping gas springs. It aggregated three production steps into one, which are: tube folding, welding and gas inflation. Advantages of this innovation are: stable pressure, great precision and consistency of inflation, perfect appearance, and very cost effective.

Product Features:

  • The extension speed is defined
  • Automatic and low-noise opening function
  • Uniformly damped movement throughout the entire opening process
  • Gentle braking upon reaching the end position
